How do I view what’s in my shopping basket?
To view the you’ve added to your shopping basket, hover your mouse over SHOP in the menu bar at the top of the page, and select Shopping Basket from the drop down list. Once you can see your basket, you can easily change the number of copies you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed and then clicking the “Update cart” link. You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the red cross to the left of that item and then updating your cart with the “Update cart” link.
I’ve got a discount code – how do I redeem it?
If you have a ‘money-off a particular product’ or a general discount coupon, enter the special code from your coupon into the ‘coupon code’ box in your shopping basket, and click ‘Update Cart’. The value of the coupon will automatically be deducted from the relevant product/your order.
What payment options do you accept?
Our online shop uses Paypal Checkout – you can pay via your Paypal account or a wide range of credit and debit cards. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay online.
You can also purchase items directly from our offices at 54 Bell Street, we’re open Monday – Friday 9-4pm.
GCHT Friends packs: Due to the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic we are not currently posting out hard copy Friends packs. You will receive an email with details for booking Friends tickets for events within 7 working days. Please contact the office if you wish to book a Friends ticket & have not yet received the password.
All other items: Your order will be delivered by a courier service. The cost of delivery will be displayed in your cart before checkout. Delivery prices vary based on the weight of items purchased – this allows us to cover our costs more accurately.
Items will only be despatched weekly on Mondays. Due to the pandemic we cannot guarantee delivery times so please allow plenty of time for delivery.
International delivery: For delivery outside the UK, please contact the office on 0141 552 1331 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged/Faulty Goods/Not as described
You have a legal right to return any item that does not match the description on our website, is not fit for its intended purpose or is not of satisfactory quality. You are entitled to a refund as further described below if you tell us this within 30 days of receipt of the item, or you may request a replacement item instead. In either case, if the item was purchased, you will need to return the item in question to us.
If you are returning items to us, please contact us in the first instance at email@example.com.
- When returning items by post, please retain proof of postage. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us
- Please note that in all cases of reimbursement of the purchase price, delivery charge or both, we will do this in the same way that you paid for your order, unless we both agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees when getting your money back.
