This CPD offers a training opportunity for built environment professionals to view the repair works currently underway at a Category B-listed tenement on the corner of Nithsdale Road and Kenmure Street. 

Built in the 1870s, the tenement has a distinctive curved frontage. However, it has been struggling with significant water ingress and its roof slates and rainwater goods are in need of major repair. CPD participants will get to see the works in-situ and learn more about leadworks for historic buildings.
