Over 50,000 people have visited a major temporary exhibition on show at Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum this year to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the birth of one of Glasgow’s greatest sons, Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
Join us to hear from the curator of the exhibition, Alison Brown, Curator, European Decorative Art from 1800 with Glasgow Museums as she discusses Mackintosh’s work in the context of Glasgow, his key predecessors, influences and contemporaries, particularly those working in the Glasgow Style.
