The Merchant City Festival presents some of the best of Scottish and international art and entertainment with a programme of street arts, music, food and drink, comedy and dance, while at the same time showcasing the unique cultural hub that is the Merchant City. This year, GCHT will host a number of events including workshops, a children’s heritage trail and a film night
The Kids Merchant City Heritage Trail is designed to allow children to engage with the festival, the built environment in and around the Merchant City area. The trail is a fun and interactive activity for children of all ages and their families.
This FREE trail can be picked up at 54 Bell Street and will continue around the Merchant City area, highlighting Glasgow’s eclectic history and the buildings and statues associated with it.
